Thanks everyone , this is a real beauty , I have 5 Pieris all in different colours , one is a disappointment so far only having a few flowers on one branch I'm hoping it will do better another year .....

Wow what colour, we have several different ones, some just never flower at all ?.....luckily they are variegated, so at least we have some compensation lol

We have one that hasn't flowered Angela I don't think I've seen a variegated one .. the foliage would be nice on that ....

Amy I just thought I would let you know. I am keeping a list of the plants you put on here, as most of them are my favourite colours reds, blacks, purples. You always have such lovely selections. So another one for my faves:-)))

Oh Thank you Poppy that is nice of you , I do like colours that blend together I like to keep yellow and orange for the spring and autumn if I can , I have a tree that has yellow flowers it's a Cytisus .battandieri ( Pineapple tree) it just manages to scrape in before the softer summer colours I do love it so it would have to stay ... :o))
