Thanks Val , I'm thrilled with this one it's a cutting I took off the parent plant last year ,I didn't expect it to grow and flower so quickly !

Wow its beauiful Amy and certainly deserves to be framed. I do love the roses with all the pleated blooms reminds me of the old fashioned crinolines and hasnt it done well to flower so quickly, it must be your green fingers;0)

Thanks Ph .. I'm pleased to say I have 3 now Karen The parent one plus this one in the photo I grew from a cutting also a baby one growing just been planted out . :o) I might take some more cuttings in September ........

Im am more than impressed..you missed your vocation. Apparently I read that if you propagate a rose in this fashion, within a few years you can divide it just like any other plant because it doesnt have a stock!

Thanks Tet , thats interesting ,I'm always taking rose and clematis cutting I'm no expert but they do ' take ' most of the time ..

I will try again this year but guess by the time Im in a position to divide the hopeful cuttings, my body will refuse the effort lol!

I'm sure it won't Tet , let the plants do the work for you ,nature will find a way :o))
