Which roses and veg did you enter?

Well done on all your hard work in staging so many exhibits. That is harder work than actually growing plants. I'd love to see the photos of your winning exhibits and also some of your show. I do miss our show.

Thank you all so much for your lovely comments , now I have to confess that I totally forgot to take my camera in our rush , it didn't worry me too much at the time as I knew our club photographer would be taking photos for the club Magazine also the local newspaper photographer as it was the 90th year that the club had been running ... and before you ask NO! I haven't been a member for that long !! I took the above photo when we came home ...
Dawn the Roses we entered were Sparkling Scarlet ..Aloha...Warm Welcome ..Swan Lake ..Coral Dawn ..New Dawn ..Masquerade ..Pink Perpetue ..Eden '88 .. I think that was all ... we didn't have to much veg we entered Courgettes / carrots / potatoes / Lettuce / strawberries / gooseberries / we had a best in show with the Broad beans ..
Yes Kat there was an Eden :o)

Bjs .. didn't I tell you we were the only ones in the show LOL ...actually there were almost 300 entries ...

We are having the Chimney sweep coming in tomorrow which means I now have to empty the room and take the curtains down , I really don't feel like doing it :o(

Carol // Pp the chimney sweep didn't turn up !! we rang him at 5.30 to ask where he was he said he couldn't find us , he must have a very poor memory as he has been to us before ,he has promised to come tomorrow , we have used soot on the garden in the past Pp but I don't think we will this time ,we have things growing everywhere can you image soot with this rain ,yuk!
