I don't remember which ones I sent, did you have this one,if not there is seed available.
Nearly all the cyclamen set less seed than normal this year could well be the weather was against them.

You sent me one called C.purperescens Brian It's showing it's leaves in it's pot ...I'm not sure what Fatenense seedling ( naoto) means ,is that a different one or the same ?

That's the same as you have,it's the only form of it I grow.
I think the Fatenense bit refers to an area where it was originally collected.

Yes it is hardy,it does better for me in troughs and containers than in the open ground where it can become water logged,I garden on heavy clay. The one in the picture is in a stone trough having survived the last three winters there. The scent from it if bottled would cost a fortune.

I have got some on our front gravel that come up every year. We had a bed under the window before it was put down to gravel & I planted one there. Since then they have seeded themselves all over the place - very pretty.
Those are gorgeous Bjs.
Ours are the common or garden neopolitanum though. I do have some Coum as well that come up more in the Spring!

Do you have a picture to show us or are they all finished now.Mine were very late starting into flower this year and have noticed a few of the very old corms have rotted with all the rain we have had.
A long time since I have heard them called Neopolitanum, the botanists changed the name to Hederifolium some twenty + years ago .I mention this in case you see one in a garden centre and think you are buying something different,
The one in the Picture has a wonderful scent which is an added bonus.

I forgot the name had changed!! I had jeard it but I am of the 'old school', don't like change - it confuses me!!!!
Wow I didn't know any of them had scent, I shall look out for that one. I have a photo from last year I think, of them in the snow! I'll try & find it. I am no good at keeping my photos so that they are easy to find - they are all mixed up!!!
