:) Thanks. I am absolutely tired, as I was baking under the command of a commander Mother, who always tries to show that nobody is as good as she. So very psychological tense atmosphere. Lol. We argued and finally she left as she saw I would do it on my own.

Oh, they look so yummy. You did a morvelous job. All so evenly colored. My oven is not as good.

Klahanie @ I made 4 full roasting pans and I burnt one. You have to be very swift in changing roasting pans when you are working on these cakes. Each roasting pan mustn´t be in oven longer then 10 minutes, so when you are not finished before that time and ready with a new one - your fault. Ach.
Bik@I am sure your wife will prepare some for Christmas, too. :) But thank you very much for compliment.

But one roasting pan had black colour, to be honest :)

We cooked kapustnica with Mom, had early dinner at 3.00 because of slippery road, boxing, then I went to visit aunt who lives alone, stayed there unplanned 4 hours as she got sick, slipping back, now it is 9.30 p.m. and that means, I can RELAX :)
