Spider's web close-up

I agree about them being a work of art, just cannot bear Spiders, especially this time of year when they appear just about everywhere! Webs strung across at just about my head height ... :o(

I know what you mean Shirley, but conkers in every corner of the room keeps them away (it works!) but no good outside of course :)

Yes, we often miss out on the beauty of the world because the light isn't right in that moment. :)

A work of Art says it all,Sheila..so delicate and lovely..I might look for some conkers,if they work indoors..Two nights running,about the same time,10 pm ..ish..we have had two of the biggest spiders I've ever seen,running across the carpet,from behind the TV..I think they wanted to watch the news :o) Russell managed to catch both,and put them outside..but they might have had a couple of legs missing ..Apparently ,it's one of those years for Monsters ! .

I must get some conkers!

I recall having a chat with Gee about Conkers and Spiders ... it seems 50/50 whether it really works or not! My Mum always had Conkers in the corners of rooms and barely a Spider in sight :o)

That's what I do Shirley . . . perfect time now to collect fresh ones. The spiders really don't seem to like the smell!
