They look healthy cuttings Hywel,I've just been taking some from mine,but nowhere as many as you have.I shall take some more soon .. Your chosen Charity will really appreciate them :o) x

Good luck with your cuttings Sandra. Have you got somewhere to over winter them ?
I have loads, some are 2 yrs old and I've even taken cuttings of the cuttings ! I don't know where to put them all. They usually end up spending the winter dotted around the house and in the old outside loo.

Thank you Hywel,and yes,I overwinter them in our Conservatory,on some staging I kept from a Mini Greenhouse I used to have,which is so useful.It has four shelves so I can fit a lot on it. Most of my cuttings are on their 2nd /3rd year too . Sadly,I don't have an outside loo.Not since I was a child ,anyway :o) x

This is an old house Sandra, and the outside loo is handy when I'm in the garden. It has lots of shelves and also a wash hand basin with a tap and running water, and another tap where you can fit a hosepipe - very handy for the garden:)
It gets a bit cramped in the winter when it's full of plants.

That sounds so useful,Hywel,and being able to still have water is great .My mum had one at her last house,which was an old one too,and hers was used as her gardening shed. The one we had when I was a child,was at the end of the row of houses,and shared !Thank goodness we have moved on since then ! :o) x
