Josie, that's very kind of you! I water both baskets once, in the evening, deadhead and that's about it! Occasionally a sleepy Moth flies out, just to make me jump ...

Rose, I don't know much about planting conditions for Begonias, but a lot of plants suffered in the heat didn't they?

Janey, the blue Lobelia didn't take to the very high temps. of late, but I have cut the faded blooms and am hoping for a second flush! I was asked if I had planted blue and yellow for Ukraine ... never thought of that!

Thanks David, they were watered with 'grey water' when the water butts were empty ... seems to have helped them ... :o)
