Just tried to straighten it all up a bit but cant reach the ones at the back even with long loppers. Might get help there :)

Sounds like you had fun lobbing those snails Pixi!
Great bit of pruning too - my garden still a bit too wet to do anything drastic - so painted up some new trellis and will get it put on the fences tomorrow. Have told Lee (my son) I need a hand - that went down well :))

Oh well done Pixi, its obviously been a day for the big jobs, I`ve been cutting hedges and pruning today as well, as to the snails, I`m afraid all mine get the "Order of the Boot", I learnt years ago that if you lob them the beggars come back and bring their friends with them.....
21 Jul, 2012
Yeah I know but i like doing it lol..i was putting them into jars and once full just putting the lid on tight and into the wheely bin! Need to get back to doing that!!!!!!!
23 Jul, 2012
I never get slugs or snails in my garden ... I'm really really lucky... Just a big ginger cat and the occasional hedgehog!
23 Jul, 2012
I've got lots of pruning to do and cutting back ... Especially the spikey pyracanthus .. I've got loads and I always end up getting stabbed ... But its gotta be done they are taking over!
23 Jul, 2012
There are so many snails and slugs this year Pixi..A gardener friend of mine told me that they find their way back home even if you deposit them a mile away....I have still to test this theory...lol :-)
23 Jul, 2012
Just put armour on Cheep :) Just picked up 10 more snails this morning..maybe the rain washes them off the tree..coz that's where they all were..well the ones I found!
Yep Richard..think you are right..into the jars they go..lid on tight..when full lob into wheely bin! I've tried everything..but still they come grrrrrrr :)
