Sheep droppings are indeed very good for feeding Tomatoes. I haven't done it myself for many years but it's best to soak a bagful of the dropping in water. Then dilute the "brew" before watering your plants. Unfortunately I can't remember how to dilute it ! Simply experiment.

Sorry I can not help about the sheep manure but I am lucky enough to have unlimited horse manure and I do not need to spend money on buying comercialized stuff.

I use ( old ) horse manure tied into those nets that oranges are usually in,and leave in a bucket of water for a few days. I add this to the watering of practically everything and especially my tomatoe plants both inside the greenhouse and also to feed the outdoor ones.

On a larger scale I have used a sack of the manure in a water butt.
I have often wondered if I might be using it too strong, but have not ever killed anything !
I imagine that sheep,(the grass eaters, same as horses ),could give a very similar result. I use it quite weak when first potting on the seedlings and then just guess at it,but have not been sorry yet .
The toms are great flavour ,just like in the old days.

As Stu & Justvera have said, place the sheep manure in a porous bag, I always add soot, put the bag in an old plastic dustbin with a lid, full of water. When using it stir up the mixture, add 1 litre to 4 litres of water, in a 5 litre watering can. Only water round the plants, not overhead.
