above is the link to a lovely Pembrokeshire garden which is open next week on Tuesday and Thursday. Dyffryn farm nursery has a great garden which is tended by my friend Sally. If you are in the area it’s well worth a visit. there is an eclectic mix of plants situated in a lush valley. a stream runs through the bottom and its all surrounded by woodland. Sally has been planting and learning about bamboos for many years and i have been lucky enough to watch them grow.
there is a variety of planting as the valley goes from wetland up to rocky out crops with a few chickens thrown in for good measure.
its an NGS garden and raises money for charity.
there is also Sallys nursery to look round which has all sorts of gems to temp you. all grown on site in peat-free compost.
if you do pop in don’t forget to tell her i sent you..

the land heals quicker than the heart. but some good will come of it. I am an optimist and always think sommat happens for a reason with usually a good outcome. So fingers crossed for your friend and hope she can open next year.

I'd go if I could, but I can't on those days. Such a pitty :o( It would make a nice day out. It looks a lovely place.
