Well the builder turned up nice and early this morning along with a skip, he got cracking straight away on his own today and just doing preparation until tomorrow when his helper would be with him. This is the part of the garden before he started as you can see Rocky has run a path along the grass and it looks a mess!!
Hubby ‘supervising’ lol,
Things disappearing!

Rocky checking out the part for the patio.
Photo taken from the archway towards the house, and the last photo is of the old pond now filled in with topsoil to make a rockery hopefully!!

Hi Libet, we are having a patio laid about 15' square then gravel down to the archway with a path down to the shed, the grass was a mess as you can see and i am finding the garden hard work these days (getting old!!) so this is one way to cut down on work (although knowing me i'll end up with pots all over lol)
Yes TT am going to take photos tomorrow too weather permitting work! Been glorious today a real summers day

Lots of work SK hope the rain didn't make it too muddy cannot wait to see it finished and while they are doing all the changes you can while away the time by doing some pot retail therapy lol!
