I thought it was almost too late to take photos in the garden, but am inspired by Shirley Tulip’s latest blog … there’s more still happening than I realised :)

Viburnum kilimanjaro’s surprise second flowering

Salvia Cerro Posti

Dahlia Bishops Children

Cosmos Apricot lemonade at waist height

Eupatorium

Cosmos dark pink

Bonsai Copper Beech

Bamboo fargesii

Hakonachloa macra with autumn colouring

Streptocarpus

Cuttings in greenhouse

Gaura and other whites by path

Iberis – not sure it normally flowers in November!

Hope you are also enjoying some autumn sunshine :)

Thanks for sharing, Sheila. Lovely colour persisting in your garden! The viburnum is a pretty one and the autumnal colour on your hakonechloa is lovely! I didn’t realise it put on an autumn hue!
It’s been a lovely day here again, the sunshine actually feels warm.

Many thanks Kate, you’re very generous. Lovely day here too ... yes, actually feeling warm in the sunshine. We went for a walk on a beautiful, deserted golf course, feeling so frustrated on behalf of all the workers banned from their few hours of beneficial fun 😟.

Ooh, I'm glad to know I can be inspiring, ha ha!! It's such a pleasure to have a little colour in the garden. I do like that Dahlia ... it's a gorgeous shade.

we have had it damp and gloomy most of today. Kate you were lucky as we have noticed so close but so different.

Sheila, that's an achievement, well done!

Thanks Shirley - I reckon it’s the compost I use (Gro-Sure Seed and potting) mixed with perlite or vermiculite. I never did have much success until I discovered this wonderful stuff!

Your garden is lovely Sheila, winter hasn't arrived yet.

Thank you Hywel - no, it's still relatively mild, luckily (but I have just printed my Christmas card!).
