Looking good after the Thunder and rain

the garden was looking extremely fresh after the much needed rain from yesterday and the thundery shower this morning. It doesn`t seem to be five minutes ago since I was wishing for spring and some growth and just look at it now …
I did a blog the end of April showing the Wisteria that I cut down from the bottom wall (It hadn`t ever flowered)
so to give it one last chance I replanted the root with about 18 inches of top growth in the middle bed as a stand alone tree …
I was thrilled when it actually came into bud, just take a look at it now
I`m thrilled that it not only survived but is loaded with blooms.

Oh my goodness! You really have done a marvellous job with that Wisteria! Keep up the harsh treatment! And your garden looks fantastic from above...so lush after the rain. :)

I love that first photo Stroller, your garden really is lovely, sometimes it pays to threaten something, take the bull by the horns and think to hell with it, I cannot make it worse, you obviously did right with your Wisteria and the rewards are well worth it, well done on taking that route...
