Always love seeing pics of your garden Terra - beautiful selection of plants, and all strutting their stuff to order! When you redesigned your front garden I thought it was a mistake - what did I know, its really grand now. Best wishes to you and your team for a happy and stress free Christmas, if its not too early!

Cold but dry out .... nice photos , I dont have any berries left all been eaten .... had about 4 resident blackbirds now over 12 !!! chasing each other around the garden ..
I hid a fat ball in the trellis covered in the ivy, up to now only the robin has found it.

ps I do have normal feeders as well for the rest of the growing feathered friends.

some lovely colour there. The sarcococca will becoming fragrant now. I also have lots of bulbs awaiting the spring warmth. Glad you are finding joy in your garden again tt.

As still as lovely as ever TT.......those catkins are fantastic, and the river/stream works so well, inspired.

TT, I do like pebble stream. I suppose you can walk on it to avoid compacting the soil at these squidgy times, brilliant idea.

How on earth are you managing to hang onto the berries Terra, it all looks lovely, I used to think a winter garden was drab but not now with all the varigated evergreens around and yours proves it...

The new design is really becoming a lovely space, and with James Roof to greet you on the way to the front door I bet the smile on your face says it all.

Your winter garden is looking very nice, TT! The pebble stream is quite something! Even though there are plenty of Blackbirds around here I notice that the berries on the firethorns last into spring!
