Autumn has been just colourful for so long this year! And I've still got some summer annuals flowering their pretty heads off...! I can't bring myself to pull them up just yet! Lovely to see Truffle, Conker and Sapphire all busy helping you... ;o)

Great autumnal co!ours..

Its good to see Team Terra is still flourishing. They have obviously been taking good care of the garden during your busy summer and autumn. That's a nice Mahonia - is it the new soft leaved one? I've had one for a couple of years but it hasn't flowered - what's the secret?

14 Nov, 2016

Good to see the "team Terra" here again. Lovely colours in the garden.

15 Nov, 2016

Fabulous to see the team on form Terra. Brought a smile on a cold damp morning...x

15 Nov, 2016

Thanks Hywel, Dotty, Klahanie and Sandra ...
pleased you like seeing Team Terra again.

Stera ... I have another mahonia in my front garden, bought and planted at same time as the one in the photo .. it isn't flowering yet, so location seems important.

Lovely Tt. I can say I love seeing the members of TT being busy and successful. The orange cotoneaster is absolutely fabulous.

15 Nov, 2016

Good to see you around again Terra plus your little family ;0)

Yes, it's so good to see you once again blogging, TT! Aren't 'Firethorns' such wonderful plants? In mid-June they absolutely cover every single branch & practically every leaf with their tiny white flowers & then in autumn/winter we get their magnificent display of wonderfully bright coloured berries!

How strange to see Wallflowers blooming in November!

I love the way you found so many different adjectives to go with your plants! "Wonderful Wallflowers"! :-)) LOL!

I'm so pleased to see pictures of your "helpers" once again! Conker looks wonderfully fit & happy! :-)) Truffles strikes such a pose!

15 Nov, 2016

This is a proper cheer me up blog TT with all those gorgeous autumn colours. I see that Conker and Truffle have got everything under control and its nice to meet your newest addition `.sapphire`.
Is that mahonia `soft caress` ... its flowering well, mine`s actually flowering this year.

15 Nov, 2016

Come to think of it when I bought mine the label said it flowers in August. Thought it seemed a bit unlikely.

15 Nov, 2016

How lovely to see the gang again.......and the garden.

15 Nov, 2016

Somebody is stealing my comments again...Okay we'll try again Terra, lol, weird and wonderful things do still happen..
Its really good to see the team in action again both looking very handsome, I also think they are proud of your garden, I can see that Sapphire has settled in well and by the way that caterpillar is being eyed up has become a very keen member, lol.....Isn't it wonderful to see Conker looking so well, long may that continue, we have lost both Morgan and my Caspar this summer I'm afraid....

16 Nov, 2016

Lovely colour in your garden TT and great to see your three pets so happy and as ever entertaining :-)

16 Nov, 2016

I think I'm an echo .... Conker does look fantastically groomed & positively glowing just as Truffle looks very fit & helpful too. Sapphire has plainly enjoyed posing albeit with a rather large caterpillar.
Good to see the Terra Team all on par again.

17 Nov, 2016

Love your photos, Terra. You have a good eye.
Autumn has been almost as strange as the summer, hasn't it? Spring flowers in bloom, others still flowering their socks off. My Hesperis Matronalis has been in bloom since last spring but rather than let it exhaust itself I've now cut it back. It is nice though to see things in flower in mid November.

Hope all your garden work is proving beneficial and you can all feel safe again. Glad you're here.

17 Nov, 2016

Thanks everyone for your encouraging comments ...
Balcony... I was rather surprised to see the wallflower in bloom.. and I'm glad you like my 'alliterations' ...

Sue.. that's sad to read you no longer have lovely Caspar and beloved Morgan ... tough to say goodbye ... The caterpillar is Heimlich from A Bug's Life...

Neena / Greenfinger / Arbuthnot ..
Yes, it has been a strange year ... for climate and for all sorts of things ... I think some flowers and shrubs are very confused... I know the feeling !

Team Terra is glad to be back, and we hope next year will be less stressful and much safer. x

17 Nov, 2016

Terra, I hope so too.
Such lovely, cheery pictures as always from you.

18 Nov, 2016

Thank you Wildrose. ?

18 Nov, 2016

Truffle and Conker really are very handsome dogs you know....very lovely indeed! The rest of your garden looks wonderful and very well maintained! Great pictures!
But there's definetly some kind of strange conversation going on between sapphire and that catapillar though! Lol?

18 Nov, 2016

Thank you, Maggie ...
Lol. Heimlich the caterpillar is one of Sapphire's favourite toys, so it is probable she was flirting.???
Conker and Truffle send hugs.

18 Nov, 2016

Aaaahh....sending hugs right back to them too!
And Lol about sapphire! ?

18 Nov, 2016

Your garden looks so "alive". Ours is covered in leaves. As fast as we clear them we have another lot.

Your budgie made me want one. A very long time ago I bought one for the princely sum of 10/- I called him "Buddy," and he was quite a character. Common green, but a handsome bird.

What handsome dogs! They look well-trained, so no wonder your garden is so tidy!

Enjoyable and erudite ; colourful and captivating!
