Quite agree Fran. We have a neighbour who asked my OH if he would water her pots etc while she was away on holiday. No problem, but she's been back two weeks now and not so much as a 'thank you' Don't think he'll be so accommodating in future. I think she's just plain rude.

courtesy costs nuffing, as we used to say. lol at the least, it helps a favour to be repeated in future!

Yes, BA it is nice, and to be honest that's all I wanted. The Phalaenopsis was a very unexpected surprise. :)
