Good for you Chris! What beautiful skies. We are very grey here and still getting sleet and continuous rain. But I’m hoping for a bit of sun for Friday.

It's been a lovely day here today also.

I certainly felt better for feeling the sun on my face! Hywel, I was very cosy but needed a hand to get on my feet again!!!

Lovely. We will settle for some of that. It was raining here yesterday after it stopped snowing about 11am. I had to go out and the local road I had to use was badly flooded in places and down to single file traffic in others because of piled up snow. This morning the sun has come out and I think I can see some flowers still surviving after being buried for a week.

Great day for the beach Wildrose! Its good to get out and about again after all the horrible cold isn't it?

Rose I read today that if you take glucose at the first sign of a migraine it can stop it developing. Worth a try?

How lucky are you to live near such a wonderful place? Did you have a damp bottom after sitting on the beach lol?!

Mornings and early afternoons are very bright here but later on the weather turns chilly.

Just to let you all know that today we had a very cold day yet again! It was bright but the wind was bitter and there were a few hail showers!
So, we chose the best day for the beach I think!

Waddy, I took the cushion out of the car that I sit on to make me a bit taller! It was 'almost' comfy!! Next time I shall take TWO cushions!

Rose If you decide to try Feverfew it helps to put one leaf between two slices of bread to modify the taste a bit as it tastes truly horrible...

Beautiful place and that beach looks so enticing, put that together with the gorgeous blue sky and a spot of warmth and who can blame you for relaxing and enjoying it, you certainly picked the right day for it, we had a day like that, warmth, sunshine, blue sky, even the greenhouse window opened, it felt like spring had come, downhill every day since, rain, rain and even more rain, sigh, at least its helping to shift that snow that is still lingering in some places ....
