named and unnamed daylilies
7 comments
For some reason, I have a couple of named daylilies that never looked better than today. The first is ‘Center of the Universe’ and is a DIP.
The second is a TET named ‘Water Sounds’
Another TET that is open is ‘Core Values’ and is one I have used a lot in the past as it passes its pattern on very easily.
There are a couple of my seedlings open as well:
On an unrelated flower, it is Tigridia time, and this is Tigridia vanhouttei

Fab close ups, Wylie. You’ve captured the colours and detail so clearly.

All beautiful Wylie but that Tigridia is a stunner.

I really look forward to the Tigridia, and it is easy to grow. A dry winter and moist soil in the summer.

Thanks! As you can tell, I'm a big fan of the pattern types.

Some cracking flower heads, particularly the first and the Tigridia, amazing.
