What a lovely garden.Gee.and so many plants that are favourites of mine It's a credit to you...I think the unknown might be a Zinnia,...ring any bells? Thanks for the cake,it went down a treat:o)

I think it is a Zinnia, saw lots of these in French bedding schemes, and what an unusual Clematis!! we have Mint crisp which I love for the perfume, and the cake I would imagine it has all gone? cracking blog Gee....

Thank you for the cake, but I couldn't quite reach it...
the rest of the tour was grand though and I liked your tangle-mingle. Your pretty garden reminds me a bit of Hywel's.

Oh Gee I've had a lovely time in your garden, it all looks great and the change in the weather didn't matter a bit, your cake more than made up for it, totally yummy!!! Thank you for inviting me along :)

Your garden is looking wonderful :) I'm pleased the Sanguisorba is doing well for you ...
How did you know I'm a chocaholic ? !
14 Jul, 2014
Thanks, Amy, Waddy and Hywel. The Sanguisorba is excelling itself this year, Hywel, lots of lovely fluffy blooms. My grandson is a chocoholic too, Hywel, and I would be too if it didn't give me heartburn :(
15 Jul, 2014
My Sanguisorba has died. I sprayed it with Weed killer instead of Bug Killer, when it had cuckoo spit on it :(
I have to laugh though ... that's just the sort of stupid thing I'd do.
Someone I know is going to give me a root of theirs later on.
I also killed my Baptisia and Prunus kojo no mai lol ...
I'll have to pay more attention to what I do !!
I'm sorry chocolate gives you heart burn. I wish it would give it to me sometimes, because I eat too much of the stuff ...
15 Jul, 2014
Oh, Hywel, what a shame but it's an easy mistake to make because the containers sometimes look very similar, don't they?
15 Jul, 2014
Yes, they were both the same shape, and both red.
I'll check which one I've got next time ... !
15 Jul, 2014
Gee ... I wonder if your mystery plant is an Osteospermum .......
17 Jul, 2014
I missed this blog Gee. What a lovely garden you have. Lots of lovely plants well put together. I love the Sanguisorba you got from Hywel. The cake looks delish.
I agree with DD2 that the mystery plant you grew from seed is Zinnia. I grow few in the pot .
Thanks for the tour.
