Hello Gee.....good to catch up with you and see Millie dreaming away these freezing days. I was only thinking the other day how my Cordylines had regrown after the severe winter of 2010 and now I'm not so sure! Xx

Hi Gee lovely to find you are still with us. Millie has the right idea. I wish I could go to bed all day when it is this cold. OH insisted on clearing the drive of one foot plus deep snow. Where it has drifted it is up to 3 or 4'. He no longer drives and I was unhappy at him working so hard when I could not take the car out on the road anyway. There have been no snow ploughs or gritters down the local roads and it must be like a skating rink out there. He was worried in case we had an emergency and would be forced to go out but I am not convinced it will ever be necessary. The army have been driving nurses from their own homes to the hospitals. It is a bit of a disaster all round. I will look forward to seeing your next blog. Stay warm and safe

Oh how lovely to hear from you Gee, I have missed your lovely blogs, sometimes you haven't got the time and then at others Goy plays up and also stops you, I had a terrible time with mine last year, all seems ok now though, pleased to hear Millie is ok now and that you still have the tortoises and your lovely bird.
