How disappointing........the plants can't talk!

I think they are shouting 'Hurah, it's spring', Paul :)
Not sure about Tufty, Amy. Three squirrels come into the garden, but usually there is a bit of a squabble when they all arrive together. Not sure if the third one is Dad or just an interloper. They are very entertaining and I have had to wire the peanut holders onto the brackets as they try and carry them away.

Thank you, Neellan and Hywel. I have a lot of entertainment, better than the TV at times :)

You're quite right. I've just suffered 2 hrs of soaps and now there's a food programme !
:((((((((
All very boring but Beryl seems to enjoy such miserable things :(
I can't wait to see Gardener's World tomorrow night.

Well done, Gee, a fascinating blog with all your wildlife chatting away! :-D)

Thanks, Shirley and Balcony. Two baby squirrels on the bird table yesterday, very skittish! I'm on hosta patrol every evening, Shirley, trying to keep the slugs/snails at bay :)

How lovely to see young Squirrels. I shouldn't say this, but since I put a ring of coffee grounds (from a local coffee shop) on the gravel topped Hostas, no sign of critters :o)

I add a very very late comment Gee. A lovely and witty blog featuring your feathered and furry garden guests. My 10 year old computer has been unreliable for some time, but now we have managed to set up a new one, and got it up and running. Jack is very pleased with himself for getting windows 10 on the go without any other help.

Hi Dorjac, haven't been on GoY for quite a while apart from popping in to see what everyone else is doing. I decided last year that I was getting lazy and started a fitness campaign! Lost some weight now and am really enjoying walking both with and without my dear old Millie. Over the past 6-8 months she has suffered from various ailments and has just been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. We have just embarked on a 16 week treatment course (14 weeks to go!). There is no cure but the vet is hopeful that the condition can be contained. As you can imagine all my fingers and toes are crossed.
I admire your Jack for sorting out Windows 10 as I am still occasionally having issues with it. I will try and become a more active member of GoY again as I am still gardening and taking photos, the only difference is that I can no longer sit up late over the computer without falling asleep :)
Take care.

I am finding windows 10 bewildering too. Only had it a few days. It is simply set out with clear icons. When you get into the nitty gritty it asks questions that are not easy to understand. Everything is 'appified' now and I'm not appy with all this app nonsense. All right for the smart phone addicts but a money and debt making process, as I see it. Oh poor Millie, what a shame she is not a well doggie now. I fall asleep too and spill cold tea where the sun don't shine. I have a crafty fox digging up my tulip bulbs to upset me. No spring show, sorry to say. Good luck with the weight loss campaign.
