…..I blame it on the weather :)
If there was a sign in the park giving age restrictions we didn’t see it, honestly :)

Lovely pictures - especially the little wren, which is called 'Little Winter King' in Dutch, and I think they are. It's one of my favourite birds.

That ghostly photo is great Gee, you always get good shots of all the birds and what a joy to have so many different ones visiting your garden, I like the ones of the birds on the mirror, wondering if you have some insects hiding there that is attracting the birds, although the little bluetit looks as though he's checking his appearance.
Playtime looks fun ........

Lovely, heartening photos. The first camellia is so pretty. Winter sunshine has been absent from the south west on the majority of days but I live in hope!!

Brilliant photos Gill , the little birds peeping in the mirror are funny did you see Monkey world last night on TV where they put a mirror in the window of a cage it took the monkeys ages to realize it was them selves they were looking at , My Camellia's only have small buds lovely to see these beautiful flowers .. I would have done the same in the playground and I know my daughter and grandchildren would have as well , I wonder why they don't introduce adult playgrounds it might encourage more people to exercise :o)

Lovely blog Gee. I'm sure the birds you show are pleased with this winter, so far. Apart from being seasick on the bird feeders on Mondays hard blow.....not so vicious as forecast for us....thankgoodness. The falling behind on longer walks is not only due to wise maturity but also to little short legs. When every stride is six inches shorter than ones companions, you soon fall back. I learnt that lesson on some long Lakeland group walks in my late teens. A sneaky result of being a petit person.

Lovely blooms there Gee, and they do say you're as young as you feel...so you must be about 6 lol!

Hi, everyone, thanks for your comments. Sorry I haven't been on Goy since posting this blog - it was my favourite granddaughter's birthday yesterday and I have been busy over this last week baking her birthday cake and a selection of cakes for her to take into work, millionaires shortbread, cheesy biscuit bites, chewy choc cookies and some individual victoria sponges with cream and jam. It all seemed to take ages! I feel more like 106 today, Waddy :)

Lol! I know the feeling Gee! We've looked after both our grandchildren all day today. Guess who will be having a very early night?!
