Well, that’s how it felt for me today. I spent nearly about 6 hours working in my back garden and it was GRRRREAT!
Several hours later, I am now aching all over but it was worth it :)

Aching back aside, you've had a satisfying day, it's lookin good. What's the tall deciduous shrub outside your back door?

Thank you. It's hibiscus, Heron. I was going to move it as it has grown quite tall but have decided to leave well alone :)

Great work, Gee - you'd never guess that you'd been flooded!
I'd like a couple of dry days, please. It's been raining here...again....:-((

Thats my idea of a good day Gee, your garden is looking lovely and things are coming on well in your greenhouse, I have some really unsightly patches on my lawn as Brynner insists on going in the same place every day. Your photo`s as usual are smashing, hope your back is ok after all that work..........

Wish I could have spent my day gardening...alas work beckoned! I am jealous!! But I did manage to feed the lawn before I left this morning at 7.30.

It's great to hear you had a good gardening day. It all looks nice and tidy now. I'm pleased your hellibore has survived being eaten :o) All the things in your greenhouse look wonderful aswell.
I do hope summer isn't here yet though. I think the spring is so much nicer :o)

What a day well spent and looking like you're already making great progress for this year. I need a couple of days out there. Got a week off in 3 weeks so gonna do lots then I hope!
Worth all the aches coz they're good aches if you get what I mean.

Looking lovely Gee, we did our little front lawn and borders on Sunday, very satisfying isn't it:-)))

Stroller, sorry, I don't know what this euphorbia is called. If you would like a piece let me know and I will send you some.
I hope your aches have eased now, Clarice. I am fit and ready for the next nice day :)
My front garden is still too boggy to do anything, Sanbaz. Isn't it a pain? Things are growing out there but the soil is sticky and unworkable - just hoping for a string of warm sunny days to improve things :)
Yes, Bornagain, it is satisfying - nothing like it :)

You have done a wonderful job bringing back your garden from winter, its looking really good! I did the same last week and it is hard work but the feeling you get when its done is worth all the aches[ and broken nails!] Pleased to see Chloe has been keeping you company, well done to you both ;0)

Aching but happy I bet! Your garden is so nice and all your hard work has paid off - well done, and more to do another day?

Thanks, PP and Grannysue. Chloe was very happy wondering round the garden in the sunshine. Her recent vet trip went well, the lump is nothing to worry about and the weight loss is just old age muscle loss, everything else is working fine. A great relief :)
