Up to now bloomer we have been lucky and just got the snow showers here in Newcastle. Enjoy your pantomime :o)

Raining here as well, my weekend away has been cancelled as too wet to work on sons allotment so thats postponed for now, hubby is delivering in snowy places so its coming down the country, I really don`t mind you not sharing this time.

High winds and rain here overnight but wind has died down now and rain has stopped so we're left with just the same miserable damp we've had since the start of this month!

Your panto is sure to be filled with laughter and fun...a good pick-you-up in your snowy winter/spring wonderland!

You'll have to blog and tell us all about the performance.

I hope you enjoyed last night, and got home safe.

The snow stopped by lunchtime,but we were left with very thick fog,which was not good to drive in,but at least it wasn't freezing..All snow gone..yay!but still dull and more misty,than foggy,today...pretty darned miserable..see how polite I am? ..no swearing..Lol.
Pleased to say the 25th year of the all male Panto was brilliant!..It was based on the Pirates of the Caribbean...very loosely..!! Main characters were Queen Elizabeth the 1st,and a Johnny Deppe look alike ,playing Sir Walter Raleigh !..discovery of potato's and tobacco..etc,and thrown in for good measure,a look a like gyrating Elvis..don't ask !.and some very brave lads showing a bit of...well, think male thongs ,and a full moon view..naughty,but not in an offensive way..! A full house,and booked solid for the week ahead.My friend's husband,designed all the scenery backdrops,and it was nice he got a special mention at the end .Some of the performers have taken part since they started all those years ago,and a lot of them are quite elderly,so they work so hard to entertain us all,and raise much needed funding for The mountain Rescue team..I took my camera,but no one was taking pics,as it would probably would distract the cast,so ,sorry I am unable to show you all..

Rubbish isn't it Yorkshire? Yes we did get the sleet again .I have just seen the weather forecast too,so seems it WILL get warmer later in the week..wet..but warmer..!
