Free Dahlias

Hi Drc, thanks for that, I used to grow some dahlias, but lost them in the last very cold winter.
I used to get them from from station nursery, if I remember rightly, it's on the wirral, near ness gardens I think it goes under the name of eurodahlia, they grow acres and acres of them, I don't know how much they charge per plant now, but the last lot I bought about 3 or 4 years ago, were £1-30 each, which I thought were very good value, Derek.

Hi Derekm I have found plant prices have more then doubled over the last 2-3 years.
I am so plagued by slugs that I have been unable to grow Dahlias for the last 2-3 years. I might try again but this time in tubs? You are very welcome Wildrose.
