Lori, some of the plants are in pots sunk into the border, so theres plenty of room for the Castor bean :) I think next year it will look different because im digging some of the old shrubs out, Im thinking ahead lol,

Its Cold today lyd, got my fleece dressing gown on :)) I lost a couple of Black Cala Lilies due to the weather, but hey theres always next year, Most of the plants are hardy, the others will go in greenhouse for winter and ill fleece the rest...Dee...

Hi Milligan, id just like to say I only started my Tropical border last year and i was really nervous about it but it turned out to be quite easy to do with a little help from my friends, the hard part was balancing the plants, but i can say that is a problem with any new border..Oooh nearly forgot.. Welcome To GOY :) ..

Think your tropical border is great, lovely mix of colours. Know what you mean about balancing the plants, hope mine turns out as well as yours....
