No Crocus doesn't talk ...
... he is just happy all day with lovely budgie chatter ...
... but all my previous budgies said lots of words... Lol.

dont they chatter a lot to..... ive got a bird clock which on the hour plays different bird songs... sky goes mad chirping when he hears the birds sing ...

Lol... He sounds really happy in his new home...:o)

well i hope he is as hes being rather spoilt..... : O ))

lovely sky holly, bet he is thrilled with new cage to, was thinking you could have some mirror to fit at the back of unit so sky could see himself and would look good reflecting the whole cage, just a thought ;o))

Sky is a lovely budgie Holly such a bonny blue, he suits his name perfectly.

Sky looks very happy in his new Des Res, he is very handsome and a Gorgeous colour!

Thats a good idea sandra with the mirror...... but as i want to teach him to talk its better he doesnt see himself or he will chatter to himself .....lol.... yesterday i thought i heard him say Ella.... or it could have been ello as i have been saying Hello sky all the time to get him to say his first words.... : O ))

didnt realise you had to keep mirrors away to teach them holly, makes sence though, good luck, no rude words lol

i dont know if its what your meant to do... but i think its better if they dont see themselves or they will do budgie talk...lol... everytime i go near him i say sky or hello sky ..... will be great if he answers back one day.... thats how i taught my other budgie years ago...then go on to new words...

Just catching up, Holly! Sky is beautiful, such lovely markings. I like the cage too, very smart. Poppy needs a new one so I will check them out, such good visibility.
