nice walk holly, lots of frog spawn, i havent any, well cant see it, do you get it in your pond Holly

The frogspawn is in the local pond..lol...
havnt any in mine yet..... i may collect some from the pond to put in mine.... as i havnt seen my frog yet...

Lovely...I love frogspawn! Great willow tree too. Ours up here are still at the catkin stage. We also had a walk on the beach today but it was freezing. The wind was cold and the sun had gone away and it felt like winter again, but every day you can see more growth, so it's not so likely to get me down now......phew, huge relief, the winter is almost gone!

Lovely sunshine! The frogspawn in early this year?? I may have to collect some from somewhere as all my frogs died this winter :0(

Oh no, what a pity, poor froggies. I'm so glad we have just about seen the back of this awful winter....such a huge relief.

sandra ive never had any in my pond... and the frogs i did have i think were from the frogspawn i put in... usually get a bit every year... will be out with my bucket in the week...lol...

What a lovely walk a little bit of everything, pleased you enjoyed it, its been sunny here too, but Ive had visitors so never got chance to enjoy it!

What a great walk - I love the sea - didn't realise frogspawn was this early - better check my pond now then - I have to move any spawn to local lake so does not clog filter up. It was a wonderful day and lovely images there.

I haven't any frogspawn either this year its very late or the frogs haven't survived the winter not sure which, :(

What a lovely walk! Still very cold here, only went down the garden today. The frogs are very active but no frogspawn yet. At least four couples aiming to provide it!
Went to friends for afternoon tea to compensate for lack of sun. Very pleasant.
They are having trouble with the rooks eating their rape crop. At least we haven't got that problem!

How nice that you could get out and take a stroll in the sunshine....chasing away winter's dull days! It's lovely to be able to have the variety in your walk too....woodland/pond/beach. Just adds to the pleasure!

What a beautiful day you've had. We did here aswell. I think spring has arrived ( well for a while anyway lol ). I love the 2 pics after the bird - absolutely beautiful ! I could look at them all day long :D

Isnt it funny how beautiful water can be.We're on chalk here so there are no natural local ponds.Would have to go about 15 miles to find the nearest. No wonder the kids always manage to fall in when we do visit!
Its a real sign of spring- the frog sporn, getting my distbin lid ready so as soon as some appear in my pond I can save it from being fish food.
