One of my patients has planted several bulbs..the daffs are blooming, but, I did like the colours on the little irises.
Added a crocus pic or 2..

Julia, I think I've learned more from all of you lovely people on GoY!
I did have one couple who'd both be 95 now. They had a beautiful spot on the edge of a village...Orchard, paddock, borders, beds, the whole shebang! I learned so much from them. Such a kind, knowledgeable pair. Still miss visiting them...

A lovely selection Kate. The iris are quite late aren't they? Just love them, especially when I've forgotten where they are and they suddenly pop up smiling!

Thanks Sue, I think this patient mentioned they planted them last autumn. They live in North Lincolnshire, maybe it's the reason for late flowering?
