Finished in time...

Hubby is back to work tonight and pleased to say we have finished in time for him to relax today,(sighs of relief from him.)
Packet of grass seed and a lot of TLC and this area will soon recover, might even get the electric box stained now, lol…
All we need now are the new french windows then I guess we have to do the inside…

What a super job OH has done Lincs.....back to work for a rest now is he? The dogs will still be able to see around the garden so they may not mind too much, or am I just wishful thinking on their behalf :)

Lol, the dogs are not really being excluded, its just when or should I say" IF" we are eating out there, they resented being shut out whilst we were working but we didn`t want them getting in the concrete, to be honest its young Brynner who is the problem, he insists on scratching the window and has been known to launch himself at it if we are not in the room, he was also partly responsible for breaking the runner on the patio window, which is why we have chosen to have the french ones this time... They are both loving the dry days at the moment as they are getting the run of the garden for playtimes....
Hubby says he`s creamcrackered and looking forward to his next holiday, poor chap...

Fantastic job Lincs, looking great. So frustrating when pets are destructive x my 2 cats don't believe in using a scratch post when there's perfectly good furniture about! I had to get rid of my leather chaise longue, and replace wooden French doors with PVC..... Wallpaper scratched off 2 bedroom walls....and don't even ask about the sofa! Zx hope you and OH enjoy many lively evenings on your revamped patio xxx
