Just popping by to help with the basket...

Whilst moving things around in the greenhouse I noticed one of my last years baskets had a trailing plant in it desperately in need of attention so I popped it outside meaning to sort it later, however others had different ideas to mine..

They were very polite and took it in turns..
They spent over an hour collecting their nesting materials, I left the basket on the fence all day for them, pleased to say I do still have new shoots sprouting on the plant so no harm done……..

I hadn't got the heart to disturb them so had a cuppa whilst watching through the window, needless to say I never got a lot of gardening done, they've just about ripped the Pampas Grass to shreds in the last few days........
