In the garden this week.

Finally we have our new iMac computer and I am able to use the camera instead of the iPad to put photos onto GoY. We have had a beautiful autumn here in Scotland but winter is knocking at the door.

Yay success! Bet you're loving your new Mac! Wow, love you're driveway and plants, still so much colour. More blogs/pictures please of your beautiful, established garden. I'm intrigued how you edge the grass next to your drive and keep the weeds in the stone at bay? Lovely Linda.

Thanks Olive.......we wait a long time for the plants to arrive up here as Karen will tell you. The problem is that the frost can arrive before they flower.
I am a bit obsessive about the lawn......I edge it the old fashioned way with shears sometimes I get out a long piece of wood to make sure it is straight. Being an artist I can detect if the curve is correct......bit like drawing ellipses Dawnsaunt. It takes all season to get it looking good tho". :o\
We have to phone BT for a new hub to get the speed up to the mark.

I adore your dedication Linda. You so remind me of my daughter, she is very good at art, A* at Gsce and all that but she's a graphic designer now, still draws when the juices are flowing but at the mo in the process of buying her house so interior design has taken over, every detail, colour, design, texture has to be perfect lol, maybe you can relate. She loves Kelly Hoppen's designs.
We are with BT broadband and our speed is sooooo slow.

The plants are looking great, and the lawn. That is a lawn, I have grass!

Oh my, it all looks idyllic & so beautiful.
Like Sirus, I just have grass too.

Ridiculous isn't it? The main part of the front garden is the lawn so if it look bad the whole garden looks bad.
Thanks Siris and Snoopdog........it has taken a while to come right. I have grass in the back garden Green finger. :o)
We have sorted out out slow broadband Dawnsaunt, but we are with BT too. We had chosen Chrome as our main server and were going to Safari. Once we crossed over it was much quicker.
Your daughter sounds just like me. Hope the house buying goes well.

We went from Safari to Chrome, i will give Safari a go. BT say we can get superfast broadband now but I've spoken to someone local who is paying the extra and they're only getting 2mb and still can't stream! Rip off. Thanks for Charlotte's good wishes, should go through mid Nov?

Beautiful pictures of a very lovely garden and plants look amazing still. One of the benefits of summer arriving later for you, the plants are still hanging in there.
