Beautiful hydrangea Linda.

What a stunning blue, the Hydrangea!! Obviously acid soil in your neck of woods Linda!
And I love those yellow and blue Salvias!
And, what lovely Toad Lillies......I must get. Some as they would do well in my shadier spots.I had some in my front garden at the other place but, it was too hot for them, I think......they faded out after 5 or6 years!

Well what lovely comments. Thanks Peter. I try hard to keep the colour going. The Hydrangea has been wonderful this year......it is an amazing blue Paul and Klahanie. The blue Salvia is fabulous too. (Seeds from Amy) Luckily I put the Toad Lily in the shade and it loves it. :0) The Lysimachia is fading I am afraid Bloomer....it is such an elegant plant. Kath don't you dare give Barry any credit. He can't tell the difference between a Tulip and a Daffodil. He is in charge of watering the Gunnera and it has doubled in size......maybe there is the odd green finger there.

It is Galtonia, Simbad. I have four beautiful flower heads to develope. I take it into the greenhouse in the winter as I would hate to lose it. The garden is my escape Simbad. I love planning changes and colour combinations. I do work very hard.....yesterday cutting the front lawns was an act of willpower.

Great Linda, you have some wonderful autumn colour. I love Salvia, I have a few now. Is that a Salvia (lemon one) in your first pic?

It is a Salvia Dawnsaunt. It is a really hardy one and always first to flower. The blue one is Cambridge Blue (seeds from Amy) Do you want some seeds?
