Is this a 'bedder', or from a tuber, Toto?

A lot is to do with how you learn to live or where you live pretend you have nt got a lot of money, and you have to be careful with your money, so you learn to look out for the cheaper places and when your shopping in the cheaper places you find cheaper plants, we have the super markets here selling the plants at a fraction of the cost of garden centres now, so the local veg shop has to compete with them, like Tesco where I bought the first Orchid from for 5.00, over the road is the veg shop, so he had to reduce his to attract customers, so he put his down to 2.99., the garden nursery my grand parents use to live on this road as its at the back of their home, I also have 5 sisters and 1 brother who informs me if they see any thing cheap, also a friend too, as I use to live next door to her she now has her own business but still does the same as if she is poor, Also the futher north you go the cheaper so you get supermarkets open in the north then work their way down to the midlands where I am, but seldom go south.

It's from a tuber Spritz. I'll post a few more dahlia pics and if your interested in any of them I'll try to take some cuttings for you.
