There were a few of them Willi...they are a bit flighty though I was chasing them for a bit. Running about like a nutter really :))

He really is, you could think it's a soft toy one...lol! We usually have a pair of Holly blues flitting around the garden Pimpers, but only one of them this year and never on a cold grey day...:((

Stunning Pimm's - lovely to see. Thanks for the running about! There's something special about blue butterflies . . . we saw about a dozen Holly blues when we were in the Picos de Europa recently - apparently licking minerals from a muddy patch.

This bit of meadow is scheduled for building I wont have any left soon....progress :((
