I am catching the bus to town tomorrow but I expect I will be too late! A really great buy, Amy, well done :)

I hope they've bought in more supplies just for you Gill :o))

I will jump off the bus and head straight to the Pound shop just in case, Amy! I keep going to the GC to look for bargains and bought a couple of half price shrubs last weekend to replace any losses. I think I've lost some heuchera and bulbs but the larger plants seem OK. Even the 'sky rocket' conifer that fell over is replanted and looking OK :)

Blimey Amy, that's amazing.....and in good condition too!
I was at Aldi today, but their selection of plants looked very bedraggled, not worth buying. My Hellebores like this aren't doing too well this year....last year loads of flowers out by now, but just a few buds showing now....I wonder if they want splitting?

Don't go tripping over yourself in your rush Gill I don't want to get the blame for you being in plaster ;o( You are always looking on the bright side I'm glad you are replacing and putting things to rights again ..
I don't often split my Hellebores Janey they just get bigger What is your soil like ours is slightly acidic ... we don't have an Aldi near us just a Lldl but they hardly ever have any decent plants in ....

Now that's what I call a bargain, well done on spotting those.

Nothing at all in the plant section at my pound shop, Amy, so my trip was in vain but I will definitely keep looking when I go in from now on :)

It deff. was Angela ... Oh what a shame Gill I hope you treated yourself to a nice cup of tea and a bun instead , its not normal practice for Poundland to have plants maybe they were trying it out to see how it goes for future .....

That's a real bargain, they are so expensive in the garden centres.

Crikey none of these at our pound land bargain, I spotted a lovely yellow one at Hodsock Priory but at 17.99 it stayed where it was lol .

I shall be looking in Pound land again soon but I doubt there will be any left they were such a bargain ..they are very expensive in G'cs and specialist places I even saw some outside Waitrose superstore priced at £15.99 ...
