Yes they are bluebells.Its an incredible sight. Add to this the puffins you can get close to, the gannets diving off the end of the island and the seals hauled out on the small beach and you have paradise. (And I don't even work for the tourist board...)

Sure is. You are only allowed a limited but generous amount of time on the island, I guess to make sure it doesn't get too many people at once on it. I think its about 3 hours but can't really remember.

Its a wonderful island Kate - great area for a holiday and May is the best time.
