Out for a trip to see Dad

The last pic is my favourite house in Arbroath..Mum &Dad nearly bought this house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes Linc..he loves us being there. The house is grand and overlooks the pond in previous pic. THe water tower used to be my castle :))))))) I played up there for hours as a child.
No Bloomer Dad lives further up the road in bungalow, when they were going to move house it was a toss up between a new bungalow and this!!!!!!!!!!! EEEEEEEEEK!
Though with Mum being ill for so long and now Dad being as he is..its a blessing there are no stairs and easier to manage getting about :)))

Well that's where I was brought up Paul, I live in DUnfermline now. But loved growing up there, always so much to do. I used to play for hours down on the rocky beach looking for shells etc, the other end of Arbroath beach is more sandy..well was..lol And the "castle'' overlooking the pond..God it brings back such happy times :))) Dad used to take me on the wooden sledge he made and wheeeee down that hill and right across the pond when it was frozen of course lol.
I used to skate too and people used to play curling!
Happy times :))))
