we have been trying to get the garden ready for the next open day. its on saterday 13th september raising funds for the red cross. with all this rain its been hard to get out there enough!
the whole family has been pitchin in but the kids are all off to collage this week.(they’ll be glad of the rest)
all the big cutting back and tidying up has been done but the weeds are loving this rain and why does grass grow so quickely!
i open the garden 3 times a year and customers come here daily so i have to keep some sort of order. cream teas made by rosie, lilly (daughters) and my mum. hopefully we will have some good weather once the kids have gone back to school, it seems a welsh tradition!!!
