Just a few plants in the garden

Two of my Acers look very different to Karen’s, so I said that I would take photos.
The first is Acer Osakazuki, recommended by Sam, one of our landscapers . . . new to me but love it.
This is A. Orange Dream, brought from our old garden
Love this Aquilegia ‘swan mix’
Still lots of bare earth of course, so my photos are not very good (as usual!). Deutzia ‘apple blossom’
Cercis canadensis ‘Forest Pansy’
and my trusty Cornus ’Eddie’s White Wonder’.
Hope you’re all enjoying the glorious sunshine :)

I like the shape of the green island lawn. Different and works beautifully.

Thanks Posy - I must admit, I'm thrilled with the whole design :)

Gorgeous weather here. We have decided to treat this warm spell as our holiday. Not going to do anything except potter, laze around and enjoy ourselves! Bliss! There will be plenty of bad weather later for me to catch up on the housework!
