… taken from upstairs windows.
Small greenhouse in left corner is my play area
Pergola on right built single-handedly by OH (I’d made him a sketch, and he said "Oh, you want a bus shelter!)
This was a great idea of yours, Ange. I hope many others are joining in (they probably have already – I was late seeing your suggestion!).

Fantastic view, Sheila! I do have to say I did chuckle at the ‘bus stop’ comment!! They do like to think they’re witty don’t they!

Thank you Ange and Kate. Luckily OH is really witty, and I didn’t take offence. I just think “some bus shelter!” and am perfectly happy 🙂.

I agree with everyone, your garden is lovely and so pristine!
I have been away on holiday when you put this on and not sure what Ange wanted us to do!

Thanks Rose. If you look at a recent blog of Ange’s called Challenge, you will see what she’s suggesting (basically showing a wider view of the whole garden rather than close-ups).

My word, isn't it neat and tidy!! I daren't show you mine, after two years of neglect. The striped lawn is amazing - is that your work or OH's? The brick edging really sets off the design. And now you can sit and admire it while you wait for the bus, lol...

Many thanks Sue! I don’t have the strength to cut lawns -that’s OH’s neat work, and yes, we like the bricks too 🙂.

Thanks very much Shirley … we do feel lucky 🙂. But it’s tragic at the moment, looking all dried up!

Sheila, I am now saving every bowl of washing up water for the Hydrangea shrubs as they are flagging in the heat. I empty it into a garden bucket to use in the evening.

Good idea Shirley.

Thanks, Sheila.
Taking from a bedroom window is a good way to show the lie of the land. I love how well designed and planned your garden is. Why are husbands so rude about our little requests? They don't have the same 'vision' as we do, that's why!
