Quite a mess!
I think some Love-in-a-Mist might have spread from the bed. Maybe other things will make an appearance in due course?!

Was it a lawn? Or maybe a wildflower meadow, that would be nice.

It'll be interesting to see how it develops later on! 😃

Siris and Balcony … this was a lawn which I’m trying to make into a wild flower area. Not much luck so far, but maybe some warmth and summer rain will help 🙂.

It's coming on Sheila. I'm joining in too with no mow May, just a patch in full sun..ahem as and when it appears. There are so many dandelions on mine this year..:( wild flowers, yes but these sunny blighters are a bit much!

Janey, that’s the trouble with wild areas - we can’t choose what will grow there. Still, hopefully we’ve made some insects happy!

I think it looks fine, Sheila. It will be interesting to see what emerges. P'raps we can all compare notes at the end of the month. I think there's a lot to be said for 'planned untidiness'. Your lovely curved path works a treat against the shagginess. Think how much you'll enjoy the bees and insects!
