Hi Paul ... thanks... I don't do much planning as regards colours, but they seem to work out well.

can always move something that doesn't work out. even the best plans don't always work out how they look on paper.

I never make paper plans for shrub layout etc. ... surprising that my haphazard planting usually works out okay.
