Oh I just gasped with delight Terra. He is gorgeous. Its good news that Truffle is ready to be friends - he will be glad of the company just as you will. Nothing can replace our old loves but there is always room for new ones, and Neptune is a lucky pup - he surely couldn't have found a better home.

Terra I am delighted to see your new furry bundle of joy, I 've been so looking forward to seeing this blog, had a feeling it would be appearing soon, Neptune is very handsome in his puppy fur, you are going to get lots of love from him and he will certainly help fill that big hole, so pleased Truffle has a new playmate as well, he will have been lonely also, we are both going to have a very hectic and happy time in the next few months with all those lessons to be taught and playtimes to have...He is gorgeous Terra, we are going to enjoy hearing all about him, any tips on how to stop one very excitable pup from chewing my jeans and slippers, she only does it to me, lol...So happy for you Terra xxx

Truffle is being very good with the Neptune. Truffle is a very gentle dog ... not noisy and never aggressive ...

Neptune sleeps well at night ... very energetic during the day, so I can only get to my laptop when he enjoys a quick nap !

What a lovely forward looking blog to see, TT, after the sadness of losing Conker. Neptune looks gorgeous and I bet he is a lot of fun, so good too that Truffle has accepted him so readily. You're not going to have a dull moment!

Have you done an updated blog yet of Neptune - it's almost a month since his "début" in society!

In the week or so since we've been back I've hardly touched the Internet - I've concentrated much of my time on the computer to renaming the over 200 photos I took while in Cuenca as well as the 100s I've taken since being back - of the balcony, flowers in gardens around town & especially of our grandchildren here, as well as the only one now left in Cuenca.

To top it all it was the 10th birthday of our oldest granddaughter yesterday so we went to her house & spend a few hours with her! :-))

How did I miss this .....

What marvellous news! There's nothing like a mischievous furry bundle to put a smile on everyones face & definitely an ahhhhh moment.
It's going to be hectic for a while but so much fun as you learn Neptune's very own personality.

Just catching up with everyone after a 10 month break, what a cutie! I'm sure he'll help heal a broken heart, I still have Rocky he's now a trick dog....well sort of he has reached the advanced trick dog title, he's 7 now can you believe it? Look forward to watching Neptunes progress ??
