Thank you all for your good wishes..we really appreciate them..We have had a lovely day..went to the park this morning with our daughter and Thomas..had lunch at their house afterwards,then baby sat while Thomas had his sleep...and so did we..both nodded off after he had run us ragged ! Family came back to ours for tea,,so cracked a nice bottle of wine,had steak and salad,and a yummy Raspberry Brulee cheesecake ( courtesy of Aldi ! )
..You don't think I had time to bake today ,did you ? :o)
Just chilling out now..all quiet on the western front,and going to watch the opening ceremony of the Olympics...a nice day,doing what we love best,being with family :o))......and Carole,your card arrived on Tuesday..and I have been very good,with not opening it,till today:o) thanks again,everyone xxxx

That's ok,Neellan..but thank you anyway..we are going out on our own today,for a nice Carvery Sunday lunch..we prefer going out in the daytime ...maybe a garden centre and a coffee afterwards...and no cooking for me! that's the best bit :o)

It was,Neellan..thanks..and the sun shone for us too..but it had absolutely poured down at home...20 minutes away...big puddles everywhere..we were so lucky :o)
