Designer Sunset Rose

Oh, I know what you mean when you 'fall' for a rose. I was bewitched by a Peter Beales' climber called 'Crimson Cascade', no scent but had to have it because of its intricate shape and stunning colour. That was after promising myself I would buy no more roses without scent. Hey-ho, what can you do?

Yes I googled it:-) It is not ugly, but is a climber and I only have room for one of those and it's Mortimer Sackler :-)

Lovely looker, I can understand the obsession with one rose, mine is with Whisky Mac, I first came across it at Chelsea show decades ago and have always wanted one but never really got round to it or had room

But this blog has triggered the need again, still no space, and now I've looked at J D Pre I want one of those as well

Yours is lovely, BA.. I am as bad as you. I went to the GC on Friday with my list, but I spotted a beauty and of course it came home with me..its name is 'Birthday Girl'.

Ah, but Barbara you have loads more room than me. I still have blue for you in a big pot and minerva is in a pot too. I just love roses:-(
