Acers in April.

My 5 acers on Friday, when the sun was shining and the sky was a lovely blue, for a change. All but one, are fully open and the foliage looks healthy. I’m keen to buy another as they do well here and opt for one so unlike my others, but, I’m holding back. Any room I do have, I need to try to be more diverse.

they are very pretty Kate.
The only ones I have are sycamore seedlings and although the foliage is pretty at this time of year I do need to get them out. But I have a bad dose of CBA at present! :)
I have done some weeding today and potting on but that is about all.

Thanks so much, Chris! I'm loving the greenery at the moment! All the shrubs are putting on such healthy new shoots.
One thing we manage to make work I. The front and back garden, acers!

Thank you, Eileen, kind of you to say.
I'll bet those little sycamore seedlings are really lovely, but, I imagine you're keen to get them out. I did chuckle at your CBA condition today! :-) Some days we just like to mooch and potter in the sunshine...nowt wrong with that!

Just worked out what 'CBA' is and would like to add my name! The new spring growth lifts the spirits no end. Your garden looks enchanting, Kate.

Me too Ange, I was worried that it was something serious ā¦ I was wrong! Not adding my name though, Iām loving all the colour of annuals in the greenhouse, an unbelievable blue of Calibrachoa from a GC the other day. Must take a photo.

Aw thank you, Janey! I'm pleased you like them. I just wish I'd kept the labels all those years ago!

Thank you, Rose :-))

Ange, I think CBA is fitting for many of us at at times!!!! Especially when we've had such rubbishy weather.. leading to a dose of CBA

Thank you for your kind comments regarding the Acers.

Sheila, it took me about 10 secs to realise what Eileen meant. Bless, she still got plenty of work done in the garden all the same!
Looking to seeing your Calibrachoa when posted, it's sounds pretty special.
