We did it the other way round, 6d - painted the chest to set off the flowers, lol!

Janette, Madperth gave us the strings of "pearls", as well as the chest! :-))

Tt, we used this as a toy box over the winter, but can't bring it back in now, can we? :-))

Look out Captain you might find

Blackbeard, Sparrow, and the rest

If I were ye I'd set sail fast
and get ye crew to climb the mast
Raise the anchor, grab the wheel
'Cos pirates will be on your heel.
Find an island far away,
Captain do it right away.
Bury treasure mark the ground
so the bounty can't be found.

M'lady Linda, yer words o' rythme
may well 'ave reached us, in nick o' time!
Gatherin' together our ship's supplies,
beneath dark clouds and stormy skies.
Our chest o' emeralds, pearls 'n' gold
are fair game for any seadog bold.
Fear not, M'lady! Those scurvy buffoons
will ne'er get their paws on our doubloons!
'twill be kept chained, and wieghted wi' stones
in a spot bekwown only to ol' Mr Jones.
But - lest we forget - Master Jim, the young chap,
is goin' to draw us our own "Treasure Map".

Love it! SO did Twinkle and she sends a sea shanty to others who sail the seven seas who catch the rats daily....
With my fine brown nose I can smell a rat ten paces
with my sharp long claws I can catch him if he runs
I'm the finest of the sea cats
and I work hard for my living
So I'm Twinkle on The Catfish and I fight Dog bones.
