Flowering it's little head off in a pot. Took it out of the border as it was not doing at all well, will have to find another place for it now.

Lovely colour, as I find most of the blue geraniums are.

Is it true this is less rambling than 'Rozanne'?

Wagger it is with me, sometimes it does depend on all sorts of factors, soil etc......Lulu I love most of the blue HGs. Good luck Annella.

Jolly bee and Rozanne have been officially declared the same plant I am sorry to say. The DNA has been tested for both blooms registered Rozanne first and took the breeder van noort to court and so the DNA had to be tested. The result they were the same and therefore from July 2010 it had to sold as Rozanne and the PBR had to stop on jolly bee. Any new plants from now on have to be called Rozanne and the Plant Breeders Rights go to Blooms
I preferred the name jolly bee.
The explanation for one doing better than the other must be just that. One must be a stronger plant - or so we are told. I used to think though that they were 2 different plants.
That aside I have it in our garden and I love it. I say I as Richard isn't too keen on geraniums as they go onto his lawn lol

I remember reading all about this in the paper Vicky, used to grow about 50 different HGs in our old garden, but, no room here, so trying to buy clump forming ones now.
